-  Must be a member to fish any tournament.

- There is no off-limits for practice (Classic Waters are off limits a week prior to Classic dates)

-  Minimum boat size is 16’ must be motorized of 25hp engine or greater and have a working bilge pump.

-  All boats are required to carry all equipment meeting state and coastguard regulations.
We also recommend all boats have their own insurance of at least $300,000

- You must wear a Life Jacket that's attached to the safety kill switch when the outboard motor is running.

- Entry fee must be paid 15 minutes prior to start of tournament or the entry will not be taken. (1 warning allowed)

- If fishing alone and pay half the entry fee ($30), prize money will be cut in half but will get full “Lunker” prize money
Pay ($45) to win full prize money. All entries receive points towards AOY


-  Only artificial bait may be used, no live bait.

-  Only casting, spinning tackle may be used. No rod shall exceed 8 ft.
Any number of rods can be in boat, but only one can be used at a time.

-  Trolling by motor or oar power is not permitted, Drift fishing is permitted.

-  All fish must be caught in the boat.

-  Must have working live well or converted cooler on board with power circulation, NO stringers.

-  No more than 5 bass in your live well at any time. Bringing 6 fish to weight-in will result in losing biggest fishes weight.

-  Big fish must be tagged before going to the scales. We recommend non penetrating tags.

-  All boats must return by water. If a team should break down they may come in by another boat.

-  Any boat checking in late for weigh-in will be assessed a penalty of eight ounces per 3 minutes
(up to 15 minutes).  After 15 minutes results in disqualification.

-  A penalty of 8oz shall be deducted for dead fish weighed, cannot cull a dead fish.
Mutilated fish will not be scored and lunker cannot be dead. Dead fish must be taken home by that team.

-  Short fish under 12" will be penalized one pound, plus fish will not be scored (closed mouth-fan tail)

-   Any complaints about rules ect. must be made to an elected official prior to the event start.

- Any protests against an angler must be made before the start of weight-ins.

-  If noted or posted “NO FISHING”, means do not enter that area. If team is found that they did not obey they will be disqualified.

-  No alcoholic beverages may be taken on boat, or consumed, disqualification if caught.

-  You must fish (5) tournaments to be eligible to fish the Classic. Entry fee is double the standard entry fee for the current year.

- You must fish (6) tournaments to be eligible for Angler of the Year. You must inform an official at sign up as to
which team  the points from that tournament are going to.

-  Off limit areas will be announced by tournament director at the start of each tournament.  If it is determined that an angler
violates this rule, disqualification will be the result, fish will not be weighed. Tournament director’s word is final
